KAA had a successful Model UN experience this weekend!

We're thrilled to announce that our school has achieved remarkable success at the recent Model UN Conference! We had 16 high school students and 16 middle school students participating, and we won awards in both categories.
Middle School:
 
  • Outstanding Middle School for King Abdullah Academy!
  • Best delegate (gavel winner) for Mohammad Moustafa and Taj Watts (both 8th Grade), representing China in the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP)
  • Honorable delegate for Essa Amir (8th Grade) representing South Korea in the UNEP
     
High School:
 
  • Outstanding delegate for Ryan Musmar (11th Grade) in the Jujutsu Kaisen Crisis Committee
  • Verbal Commendation for Jood Boker and Aminah Moustafa (both 11th Grade), representing Spain in the Social, Humanitarian, and Cultural Committee (SOCHUM)
  • Verbal Commendation for Essa Sheikh (11th Grade) and Musaa Sheikh (9th Grade), representing South Korea in the World Health Organization (WHO)
