myKAA Login Help

The myKAA parent portal now uses Blackbaud ID linked accounts for improved safety and security. Your email address will be your username. The process of creating your account, if you have not done so already, is outlined below.  (You can also download the myKAA Login Guide or watch the demonstration videos via the links below.) If you would like to change the email address we have for you or if you need any assistance, please contact us at info@kaa-herndon.com.

MyKAA Blackbaud ID Setup - WITH an Email Invitation

  • Step 1: Blackbaud ID Setup by Email - Accept Invitation


    Look for this email inviting you to connect to Blackbaud ID. Click on the blue Accept Invitation button.

  • Step 2: Create your Blackbaud ID Account


    Create your myKAA linked Blackbaud ID account.


    On the Sign Up  page, do not edit or change your email address. If you prefer to use a different email address, please contact us at info@kaa-herndon.com.


    Select either Option 1 or Option 2 below:


    Option 1: Complete the form by entering a password and your first and last names. Once you’ve entered the required information, select Sign up.


      OR


    Option 2: If you wish to use a Google account for authentication, select the Sign up with Google button. If you select this option, you will sign in using credentials managed in your Google account.  In this case, Step 3 below is not needed.  Instead, skip down to Step 4.








     

  • Step 3: Confirm your Account


    Within a few minutes of signing up, you will receive an email with the subject line "Confirm your Blackbaud ID”. Click the Confirm button in the email.

    NOTE: if you choose to use Google account for authentication – this step is not required. Move to Step 4.






  • Step 4: Sign in with your Blackbaud ID


    When you click the Confirm button in Step 3- you will be redirected to myKAA sign in page. Enter your email address.


    The first time you log in, you should receive a message that your account is being converted. If your Blackbaud ID session is still active from Step 3, you’ll automatically be signed in after clicking Continue.



    If your Blackbaud ID session is not active, sign in with your email address and the password you created in Step 2

    OR

    If you selected “Sign Up with Google” in Step 2, select the Sign in with Google button to authenticate with your Google account.

  • Step 1: Blackbaud ID Setup by Login to myKAA


    Login to the myKAA parent portal by going to our website, kaa-herndon.com, and clicking on "myKAA Login" in the upper-right corner.  Enter your email address and click Next.

    If you have not yet linked your existing myKAA account to Blackbaud ID, the first time you log in you should receive a message that your account is being converted. Click the Continue button.




    If you land on the Sign In page, and see the message "There is no account with this email address", scroll down and click the Sign Up button. This will connect your email address with your account so you can create your Blackbaud ID.



  • Step 2: Create your Blackbaud ID Account


    Create your myKAA linked Blackbaud ID account.


    On the Sign Up  page, do not edit or change your email address. If you prefer to use a different email address, please contact us at info@kaa-herndon.com.

  • Step 3: Confirm your account

  • Step 4: Sign in with your Blackbaud ID

    When you click the Confirm button in Step Three - you will be redirected to myKAA sign in page. Enter your email address and click Next.

  • Where do I find my Blackbaud ID?


    Your Blackbaud ID is affiliated with the email address you use to log into myKAA resources. It is the same email address where you receive King Abdullah Academy communications.

  • I forgot my password


    To change your password, login to the myKAA parent portal by going to our website, kaa-herndon.com, and clicking on "myKAA Login" in the upper-right corner.  Enter your email address as your username and then click Next.



    Then, on the next sign in page where you enter your password, click on the “Forgot password?” link to request a password reset email.



    If you selected to use the "Sign in with Google" option when configuring your account, you will be managing your password through your Google account settings page. 

  • I want to use a different email address to log in


    If you want to use a different email address for your Blackbaud ID account, please email us at info@kaa-herndon.com.

  • What is Blackbaud and Blackbaud ID?
